In an era of political and social uncertainty, the impact on mental health—especially for LGBTQIA+ individuals—can be overwhelming.
Resilient Together is a virtual support and process group designed for LGBTQIA+ adults seeking community, coping strategies, and a space to process the challenges of today’s world.
Led by queer, trauma-focused therapist Morgan Karcher, LPC, this group offers a blend of readings, interactive activities, group discussion, and art therapy directives to help participants explore their experiences, build resilience, and find empowerment.
Sessions focus on navigating systemic stress, cultivating self-compassion, and developing tools to combat burnout, fear, and isolation.
📅 Thursdays | 4:30-5:30 PM (Virtual)
Duration: Six 60-minute group sessions
