Understanding that our experiences are shaped by the environments we live in -our communities, culture, and relationships- I take a trauma-informed and relational approach to therapy. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel seen, safe, and connected. I aim to create a space where you can explore your emotions, express yourself freely, and begin to reconnect with your body and sense of self.
As a Philadelphia-based art therapist serving clients across Pennsylvania, I believe creativity can be a powerful pathway to understanding and transformation. In our sessions, we might use:
Artmaking
Mindfulness practices
Gentle somatic exercises
These creative tools help you express what words can’t always capture, support emotional regulation, insight, and a deeper connection to your inner world.
Specialties & Focus Areas:
Anxiety and stress management
Life transitions
Women’s concerns
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy
I integrate mindfulness, person-centered, and feminist frameworks, working collaboratively with each client to find what feels most supportive. My goal is to help clients cultivate a sense of internal safety, confidence, and resilience as they move toward a more grounded, authentic version of themselves.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in thrifting and antiquing or getting lost in a good fantasy novel alongside my two cats, Cricket and Jerry.
If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d be honored to connect and support you on your healing journey.
