I specialize in working with adults and college-age students — including non-traditional students — who are navigating complex family dynamics, multicultural identities, and mental health challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. Many of my clients are caregivers or individuals who’ve tried talk therapy before and want to go deeper.

Using a blend of art therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we’ll explore what helps you express your inner world, cope with intense emotions, and take action aligned with your values. That might look like artmaking, mindfulness practices, or just learning to sit with feelings that feel too big right now.
